Four people had dinner, and everything was incredible. The Nefertiti salad, the pizza, and the raw vegan lasagna were all great gluten-free options with no cross-contamination issues. My companions also tried the burritos, which came with potatoes, and they were excellent in both quantity and flavor. All accompanied by delicious sangria! A great option if you have dietary restrictions and also want to eat healthy without it being boring. We will definitely return.

If you're in the Vinalopó region and don't come to Infraganti, you're missing out on the best gluten-free pizza in the entire region—and possibly the country. And if you don't need to eat gluten-free, come anyway: your stomach won't notice the difference, but your soul certainly will.

We must be grateful that these types of sites are opened, really, but this one still has a lot of room for improvement. The variety of products is very limited and the prices are very high. For sporadic consumption, you can buy a loaf of bread and a piece of bwronie, but if you want to serve it on a daily basis to people who cannot eat gluten, it is not viable. They have mini chuscos the size of a hand, mini round breads, brownies and mini chocolate chip cookies. They also sell pasta and teas from other suppliers at high prices. They don't give you a ticket, you don't know the price of the bread, the brownies, or the cookies... so I can't add how much each item was. I know these types of products are more expensive than usual, but there is a line between being in the market and taking advantage of those who cannot eat anything else. I thought I had room in Elche to buy gluten-free, but I don't think so.

They made the dessert table for our wedding because my wife is gluten intolerant, and we had several guests with intolerances as well. It was, without a doubt, the best choice. All the guests congratulated us because it was the highlight of the wedding in every way (flavor, presentation, intolerances). They also made the cake, which was completely personalized, and like the dessert table, all the details were handmade, and it was exactly how we wanted (I don't have a photo). They knew how to capture our wishes down to the smallest detail. Thank you so much, as always. We know that with you, it's a sure success. You're present at all our celebrations and elevate them to another level. 🥰

Spent the day in Benidorm in early September and found this restaurant online as we were looking for somewhere that does vegan and gluten free meals. When a friend heard we were in Benidorm they messaged us to tell us to eat at the Sherpa Asiatica as they always do when in the area. It's a mix of Thai and Indian cuisine. We weren't disappointed. The service was great with friendly staff and the food was cooked to order so we were able to choose our own spice level. (Normally we like spicy food but erred on the side of caution and went for medium spice level. Glad we did as that was pretty hot). The food was beautifully presented and was delicious. We also tried dishes that we'd not had before and they were beautiful. We were given a couple of complementary dishes to try as well which were lovely. The restaurant opened at 6pm and we arrived at 5.55pm as we wanted to be early as we had a long journey back to our holiday accommodation. The restaurant filled up pretty quickly at that time and a couple of large parties also came in. It's definitely a popular place. Definitely recommend this restaurant but would advise booking, especially in peak season.

The food is good, but they portray it as having gluten-free options, but there are few. In fact, they only have one type of gluten-free pasta and no pizzas. The pizzas look good but are bland, with few ingredients. The Caesar salad is very large and tasty.

Had a lovely meal at The Sands Bistro. Most if not everything on the menu is Gluten Free, which was very nice and was delicious too. Portion sizes were large as well, so you're not going to go away hungry 😄 Nice cosy atmosphere with very nice service, making this a restaurant we will be coming back to.😃

A hidden gem for celiacs, exceptional gluten-free pizzas, with a unique homemade dough and the entire menu adapted, living in Murcia or Alicante and not making the trip to this little corner to try them is a crime if you are celiac!

It was a gratifying experience dining here. May's service was always attentive, respectful, and above all, very kind. We had a caprese salad with gluten-free pinsa, which I found delicious, and my husband had a pinsa margherita. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

Not suitable for celiacs. They advertise some gluten-free dishes on their menu, but they are prepared without considering cross contamination and generally don't have much knowledge. They were not very decisive in offering gluten-free alternatives. I was offered several "gluten-free" dishes with great confidence, even though they were garlic bread or battered vegetables. I was only able to have a plate of salad, even though when I called on the phone they told me that there would be no problem and that they were very careful. To make matters worse, they buy reviews by offering a free bottle of wine or dessert in exchange.

The truth is that it lives up to its name: everything was delicious. On top of that, they had a gluten-free option for almost everything, which was great. They also made the squid gluten-free and the truth is that I was very excited because I haven't copied them in a while. The doughs are super delicious and you can't tell that they are gluten-free. An unbeatable experience. We went on Sunday with a group of 11 people, and everything was perfect. I booked well in advance, and since we were a large group, Adrián contacted me by phone to finalize a menu and offer us the best service without having to wait too long. He was extremely attentive and friendly from the start. We selected a menu of five tapas and a rice dish for everyone, so we could try a little bit of everything. Everything was excellent: small signature tapas were very good and different, and a tasty monkfish rice dish. There were no problems with my gluten intake, as they offered me alternatives for everything I couldn't eat. Furthermore, despite having many seafood dishes, there was also no problem with another friend who was allergic. Finally, I must highlight the excellent service. All the servers were very attentive and professional. Due to reasons beyond our control, we arrived a little later than the time we had booked, and yet no one gave us a bad look. I definitely recommend it! We'll be back!

This place overlooks the promenade and Poniente Beach. They have gluten-free options on their menu. You can order pasta with any of the sauces on the menu. The pizza, meanwhile, has gluten-free ingredients and can be made to order. For gluten-free desserts, they offer fruit and panna cotta, which can be served with mango or chocolate sauce.

I have been here several times and it is one of the best restaurants in Elche, everything is super good, with incredible vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options (practically the entire menu). Today the waiter Juan served us and he was very kind and polite, an incredible experience ❤️‍🩹

We came in to the restaurant with high expectations, since they had a detailed allergen list and had some gluten-free options and it looked very nice. The decor is 10/10. However, I wouldn’t go here again. Why? Because this is not Mexican food as I personally know it. No, I’m not Mexican, but my friends are and when they cook for us, it’s different, mainly: more flavourful. Maybe I asked for the ‘wrong’ dish, because I see many positive reviews, however, if a restaurant serves a dish I believe it should be tasty. The melted cheese I had was great, the stuffed jalapeños were not amazing, the chilli con carne was bland and not spicy and the tostadas that I had were fine (see photo) but not great. A bit bland as well, under salted, no spices etc. The service was very friendly though. When I asked for some lemon to make my dish more palatable, it was served. They were friendly too, but seemed a bit stressed/rushed at times. Prices were good, only the jalapeño portion was on the smaller side. All in all; the restaurant’s atmosphere is cozy but the food they serve seems like a less flavourful European adaptation of real Mexican food. Gluten-free option are great. It’s possible that it’s to your taste, but certainly not to mine. In my opinion, it’s better if they create a smaller menu with dishes the people are enthusiastic about.

A place to always return to. In a beautiful setting with tables in its park, small living rooms inside around the fireplace or at its tables in an area with a touch of greater privacy. Decorated in a wonderful and cozy way. Its cuisine deserves a 10. With all the delights of Italian cuisine. The pizzas and pasta also have gluten-free options.

We have been coming for years but this time it was with a dog and gluten-free. We were surprised by the ease of being able to eat gluten-free pasta with any of the sauces (not pizzas, unfortunately, but that is more difficult) and they also let us bring our dog in and even gave her a bowl of water. An experience of 10 as always but this time taking into account the complexity that we brought.

So glad we decided to go here and try them out, the gluten free version of the veginator I tried was delicious!😋 very good gluten free dough used. Third year coming to this restaurant and I can't say anything bad or average. The food, based on good quality products, is very good, together with a correct staff - not so the owner, who is a great guy and very nice and friendly, apart from being the architect of the kitchen - they make year after year My family and I come to have breakfast daily (they have options for celiacs) and to eat several times in 15 days. A fixed place to come to in Arenales del Sol.
