From food, to service (Andrew), to management (Ricardo), they run this place like it is some fancy restaurant like Spago and that is beyond impressive. My mom and I went here on a lark and it made our day! To have an experience where you want for nothing, your drinks are always refilled promptly, and the food tastes amazing, you can't be disappointed.
Then, when your server (Andrew) hears you off-handedly mention that you can't eat gluten and he realizes you ordered something with gluten in it, he stops what he is doing and has it remade so you can eat, you're going to feel like a VIP.
TLDR - When you come here, ask for Andrew. He was BEYOND conscientious, kind, went above and beyond, and could willingly accommodate some dietary restrictions. If I had a restaurant I would actually woo him away from here. Good service is rare these days, and they have it in spades here!

This is a small and cute dessert spot near downtown Long Beach called, "The Pie Bar". The decor is vibrant and playful. They have a few board games to play if you'd like.
I tried the pie flight and it was great! My partner tried the creme brulee and he liked it. I ordered a gluten free vegan banana pie to go and it was amazing as well! The chunks of banana in it were a nice touch.

The drink menu has a little bit for everyone with the house cocktails definitely worth a try.

The go-to spot and top bar on my list in Long Beach! A dimly lit and atmospheric tiki bar (with a patio in the back) great for dinner with the family or a night out drinking. They have a large menu that’s very accommodating for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free modifications! Different events are hosted nearly everyday of the week including sick shows, be sure to check their event calendar ahead of time!
