I'm not much of a chain-restaurant person. But I found myself at MOD and was very impressed. The service here was personable, the guys were sweet and kind to my kid, too. And FAST! Maybe I'm behind the times, but man, that pizza must've been done in 5 or 6 minutes.
Quality was great for a chain, and the gluten-free crust was quite palatable. (Can't say that about most places.)

Stopped by around 3:30pm and this is what was on the front (locked) door. How can you just leave in the middle of the day for lunch? Keep in mind I could see the workers through the window.
I tried calling multiple times and nobody would pick up. Apparently they’ve never heard of a rotating schedule before.
Anyway, the other unfortunate part is we have been regulars for several years because of their gluten free options. Now they have taken away their daily menu online so we can’t even see what the options have. I guess that doesn’t matter though if you can’t access the building to buy anything in the first place.
After seeing the reviews it appears they are under new ownership. This form of business practice is not acceptable. You’ve lost another customer.

The pad thai is supposed to be naturally gluten free but i still tell them i have an allergy. I ordered online with “real bread allergy” and I’m currently sick with intestinal cramping. Not a celiac i have an auto immune that’s extremely sensitive to wheat. Beware. I get sick for a couple weeks. I’ve had no problem ordering inside. This really sucks.
