When i began having anaphylactic reactions to several different foods, dinner date nights and family dinners honestly became somewhat depressing due to the lack of options at restaurants. It sucks to not have options at most places for something myself (and others with allergies) can't even control! Therefore I am absolutely grateful that Blaze offers gluten free and vegan options! This truly made my day when I found out, and I had a great experience for my very first visit yesterday! This place will now be a staple for me!

Congratulations on 15 yrs! You are also a huge part of my family’s story. My daughter and son-in-law got married there in September 2020 and as if that wasn’t enough (happening during the pandemic) my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease as we were planning the wedding. Honestly, I don’t think we could have been in better hands. Your entire staff made everything effortless and were so accommodating. All of the food & drinks were gluten free/celiac friendly without taking away the amazing experience. No could believe that we had such a big, beautiful wedding with such amazing food and it was completely gluten free. What could have been a very stressful time for my daughter turned into her dream wedding despite all of the obstacles.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant on the beautiful Gervasi property. Overlooking one of the ponds on site, the ambiance is both intimate yet lively and bustling. They have plenty of Gluten Free options for dinner and dessert. The menu is marked, even better! Our server was extremely knowledgable about the GF allergy and made our experience even better when making suggestions. She was extremely friendly and kind, one of the best servers we have ever had. They have a very tasty gluten free bread for dipping in either olive oil & balsamic or a hot ricotta cheese dip covered in honey. The highlight of the meal was the Filet which was served with charred brocollini and fluffy mashed potatoes piped onto the plate for a beautiful presentation. Absolutely amazing! We followed that by sharing a GF peanut butter carmel bannana dessert. If you stay at Gervasi, you must go! Heck, just go there for an oustanding meal, a beautiful local and vibe and top notch friendly service! 5 out of 5 stars hands down.
