Great service and excellent options for intolerances!
We spontaneously ended up at the Hard Rock Cafe while looking for burgers. There was even a free seat in the beer garden. Unfortunately, it's a bit cramped and could use a bit more flair, hence the one star deduction.
Our waiter, Allesandro, was great. You can tell he enjoys his job. Right from the start, he asked about any allergies and brought me a gluten-free menu.
Even when he spilled an entire tray, he played it off with great humor and received applause from the entire beer garden. His friendly manner still led us to tip generously, even though €10 for a large Spritzer (and that in Vienna) is quite steep.
Had a wonderful time here! Cocktails were lovely and the food was amazing. As a coeliac, they catered for gluten-free also!
The vibe is chilled and it was very busy the whole time, definitely recommend booking before you arrive!
