They made us wait a bit, but it was worth it. We have to say it's one of the best burgers we've tried in Madrid. The meat was cooked to perfection, the combinations were original and tasty, and the fries were really crispy. They even have gluten-free options! Thanks for considering celiacs. I went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday. I've been there before and the experience has been good, but yesterday I ordered a gluten-free burger and they gave me one with gluten. Offering gluten-free products and having your waiters be so untrained and uncaring about the issue is quite shameful. I wouldn't recommend anyone with celiac disease to go to this restaurant.

Very nice atmosphere, cool for the hot day. Maite, the waitress who served us, was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I only knew I couldn't eat all the side dishes because I'm celiac, and she gave me all the options. It's important to train waiters on this topic; it's important for us celiacs. Food: The burgers took a while to arrive, but since we weren't in a hurry, we weren't too worried, but they did take a while. The flavor was delicious, and having gluten-free options is ideal 😉

The place is amazing. They have lots of vegetarian options as well as gluten free options. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable in case of allergies. We went there for dinner. They have really good bar menu as well. Must go when in Madrid.

Amazing burgers and gluten-free. They served us very well, and we really appreciate their honesty and information. They were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and even cleaned the grill to be sure. We talked about what we could and couldn't eat, recommending and advising us on what was best and if any ingredients contained gluten. The gluten-free bread is a 10/10; it doesn't crumble and is delicious. We will return and recommend it. The perfect finishing touch would be the fries, a separate fryer, even if it's small. Thanks to the staff!!

The burgers you get at other places are much bigger, but the flavor of the meat is good 🙂 - True Trufa 🍔 Very good, although I think the meat is too compact, almost tough. I ordered it medium-rare. I think one burger per person is fine 😉 🍞 You can choose the bun you want for your burger: brioche, grain-free, sesame, or gluten-free. The person who served us recommended brioche. 🥩 You can add double the amount of meat to the burgers for +2€ 👏 🍟 The burgers come with a side at no extra cost. You can choose between rustic fries, dressed green sprouts, Cajun potatoes, or sweet potato sticks (the sweet potato is the only one with an extra charge, +1.20€). 📦 They have THE SAUCE BOX. It's a box with 10 different sauces so you can try as many as you want in as many quantities as you want.
