It seems like they have everything under control. I saw that they had gluten-free items on the menu, so I called to ask. They told me that everything that is made on the grill is gluten-free and that when you order something gluten-free they assign only one specific person to prepare the food. The truth is, although not 100% because I am too sensitive, and I am always afraid of going to eat anywhere that is not completely gluten-free, they gave me confidence, so I decided to go try it. I only went one day, but I don't regret it. The food was delicious, especially the tacos, and I had no symptoms. Thank you so much! I will come back and update my review.

The burgers are spectacular and on top of that they have a huge variety, they also release 1 different burger monthly and if it is very successful they keep it... They also have the whole gluten issue super controlled.
