They were stellar from the moment we walked in. They had my mind at ease immediately assuring me they don’t even bring gluten into the building. The food was amazing it felt like a 5 star dining experience. The whole menu being gluten free and without worries of cross contamination it was a fantastic experience with food and service. I've been to No Frill a few times, but not in a couple of years. I asked for a GF menu and chose the Salmon Salad (choice of blackened or smoked). THANK GOODNESS for our server! He informed me that most of their proteins are marinated in a mixture that contains soy sauce -- traditional sauce is made with wheat! Why is that not notated on the GF menu? Our server was celiac aware, thankfully! I had to choose the smoked salmon. The salad was good, but our server was the best, and I really wish I had gotten his name! Of you are celiac or GF, be aware their GF menu may not be totally GF. Be sure to ask!

My family came to celebrate a birthday. My son has a food allergy. The server Carson told me that they couldn't do anything to accommodate my son, and this is a seafood restaurant. I said to Carson we go to many seafood restaurants like captain George and they accommodate us.So I asked for the manager. The manager which informed me that the owners daughter has celiac and they use the over for her so I was like please do that for my son.

Solo diner. Monday morning, and I was seated immediately. I like the look of blended old and new decor. I'm a gluten-free diner, so I ordered the steak burrito without a tortilla. It came out in a bowl, and even though the hash browns were on the bottom, they were still crispy! There was a good amount of steak on it, too! I brought my own coffee from my hotel, and they never said anything about it (win-win). There is a surcharge for using a credit card. Rashida is a delight! 😊
