Be wary if you have issues with gluten here. Their menu states that they take "extreme cautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination", but the waitress told me that they boil their noodles in the same water as their dumplings, meaning ANYTHING with noodles is cross contaminated (including the pho and spring rolls). Honestly, this is super disappointing and does not indicate much care for minimizing cross contamination. That being said - their cocktails were tasty. My husband got their pho and enjoyed it. I got the Vietnamese chicken curry, which was tasty but VERY spicy. Service was kinda slow; it took quite a while to get our drinks ordered and then to get our food order in. They brought out our entrees but forgot my husband's summer rolls. I also requested no cilantro on my dish but it came out with a huge sprig on top. Overall I found this to be a disappointing experience, considering the blatant cross-contamination and hit-and-miss service.

super accommodating. I have celiac disease, so I have to eat gluten free. they have an option to substitute rice noodles and went out of their way to give me meat and an egg that had not been cooked in soy sauce so that the entire meal was GF. thanks so much :)
