Such an amazing experience! The owner is so involved and is great at customer service. The presentation is everything! The service is beyond incredible! As someone with celiac disease I cannot say how amazing it is to have their gluten free menu and have such attention to detail. The owner knew I was gluten free and even brought me a gluten free sauce. The food is fresh, beautiful, and delightfully flavorful. This was our third time there and each time keeps getting better. We had a party of 10 for a birthday party and we had refills and anything else we needed within minutes. Exceptional!

Lexi was our server & she was awesome! I didn’t even know they offered a gluten free soy sauce (with zero taste difference!) & she was very informative & kind about what they could offer! Ty was our chef at the hibachi & I recommend requesting him ahead of time if possible! He’s very easy to talk to, super funny & he sings! This is a nice local sushi spot, not too far from the hotel we stayed at. We sat at the bar and watched them prepare the sushi, which is always fun. However, we ordered edamame as an appetizer, which didn't come out until after our rolls were already served up. The rolls are a bit on the small side and didn't stick together particularly well, so it got a little messy. However, it did taste very fresh and flavorful. Items that are gluten-free are notated on the menu, and they have gluten-free soy sauce if you ask for it.
