I thoroughly enjoyed the gluten free bread. I was advised to order ahead which I did and was able to pick it up with no fuss or waiting. It was the perfect texture. Light and fluffy!
Such great food - healthy and really tasty with lots of gluten-free and vegan options. I had a delicious arancini with salad. Staff and service relaxed but on the ball.
I love the garden area out the back too. It's my Lismore favourite cafe.
Pretty blown away by the food here. I’ve never had gluten free beer battered fish before, and it was amazing, so this was a definite highlight for a coeliac. Good cocktails and wine. Our group of 10 were all happy with their choices, food came quickly and it’s a nice chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend, especially for other gluten free folk. Thank you!
CLASSIC COUNTRY TOWN CHINESE.
Dining here was like stepping back to my 90’s childhood. The food was very tasty, and the veggies used were fresh. The menu offered a lot of vegetarian and gluten free dishes also, if you are that way inclined. We had a table of 16 people and the staff had no issues making sure everything ordered went to the correct people.
Food is delicious however they say it is Gluten free Ceoliac safe however they used the same fryer for all the stuff gluten and gluten free. I sadly got unwell from the gluten contamination wouldn't recommend it for coeliacs or gluten intolerant people anyone else without allergies it great!!
Dragonfly staff are so friendly and take pride in giving the best service everyday and they are so careful when preparing gf meals as I am a celiac . Everyone is so friendly and they make the best coffee and juices .The food is always fresh and delicious too .
Great atmosphere and service, caters for coeliac and the gluten free bread is the best along with the turmeric latte. Highly recommend a visit to this quaint cafe.
I'd give 5 stars for atmosphere if the tall tables were appropriately seated with stools of appropriate height (I felt like a preschooler at a big table.)
Food was perfect size and beautifully presented. Gluten free options were good.
The restaurant had a positive, energetic vibe.
Honestly these are the best pies in the whole country,I've travelled a little bit & no pie I've had elsewhere compares to the pie cart pies (except maybe my grandmother's home made pies haha)
Ive got massive social anxiety and I often avoided this place because of the cranky lady with the short hair- but I rarely see her there anymore... The young guy and the blonde lady that they've got there now are much better and always seem super happy to be there and are friendly/ make me feel welcome.
And,as a little added bonus-they also do GLUTEN FREE pies (frozen 4pks only) which my brother (that has coeliac disease) really loved as he hasn't had a decent pie for 10+ years since he was diagnosed (so he was absolutely stoked)
I wish I could add a photo but they've never lasted long enough to take a photo,I usually eat it on my way back to the car haha
My only advice is- BUY TWO- they're the sort of pies that you want to eat more of,even if you're full haha
If I could give 6 stars I would, staff super friendly even Phil, great range of gluten free, made safely for my special needs husband, Relle the boss is an amazing lady, cheers
