I have been here twice for lunch in two weeks. I had the chicken pide last time and chicken cheese kaak today. The food is seriously amazing. It's fresh, toasty, crispy and servings are generous. I also tried a dessert today it was delicious. The staff is welcoming and attentive.
I witnessed the owner/manager's generosity today and was thoroughly impressed. There was a big group having lunch and at the end he brought it two large dessert pizzas on the house !! Not only that he offered gluten free desserts to people who couldn't eat pizza .
Hard to find this kind of hospitality in Sydney. Wishing him Lotsa
barakah in the business.

Ate the gluten free pene pre-concert at Qudos Bank. The manager and staff ensured that the gluten pasta water and sauce was not cross contaminated and that staff treat any gluten free meal as coeliac. Even with it being a busy evening pre-show, staff still took care. They advise before choosing the GF Pasta options that it will take 30mins to cook. There are a few other GF options on the menu. Manager also noted on a “non-show” service, there is GF pizza. Meal was great. Nil reactions post meal.

I have an allergy to dairy. The staff need to be better trained to understand what a dairy free diet means. The waiter seemed to only understand gluten free and I had to explain to 2 different waiters what dairy free ( no milk products, butter and eggs) mean't, however I was still given a garlic aioli sauce with my steak.
I was extremely disappointed that everything on the menu seems to be cooked in a dairy sauce, including the red wine jus.
The side salad provided on the plate with your meal needs to be a non dairy salad, not a coleslaw with an egg & dairy dressing. We had to buy an additional salad to go with our steak meal.
I would not recommend this restaurant as the staff are unable to cope or understand people that have dairy allergies.
