I was outright refused service because I am coeliac. I was told that it was policy that they would not serve me. When I asked for the policy, they couldn’t provide it and then yelled at me and threatened to call security because I was upset. If this is a real policy, this illegal and discrimination. I am an adult and can make my own choices in regards to what risks I take with food. If it is not a real policy, I would like the incredibly rude woman who served me to face repercussions. I will be contacting lawyers regardless.
