I was outright refused service because I am coeliac. I was told that it was policy that they would not serve me. When I asked for the policy, they couldn’t provide it and then yelled at me and threatened to call security because I was upset. If this is a real policy, this illegal and discrimination. I am an adult and can make my own choices in regards to what risks I take with food. If it is not a real policy, I would like the incredibly rude woman who served me to face repercussions. I will be contacting lawyers regardless.

The team were amazing in assisting with difficult dietary needs and took the time to get information from the chef to ensure that ingredients were gluten free.
