The food is beautiful, looks like art and tastes amazing. The drinks are also super creative and exciting but not at the expense of the quality - coffees were made perfectly. Plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, alternative milks, indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful setting as well! Super interesting interiors and friendly wait and kitchen staff.

Had a gluten free burger and the egg was cooked perfectly! The gf bun was good not dry. The fries are also gluten free as is the chocolate cake. The cake was a little too sweet for me but just delighted that there was a gf option. Would 100% go again.

Been following Geminis journey for a long time now. Shane and Tresna have truly made a special place along Sydney Road. Being a local I have been popping by for coffees regularly and cannot complain about it! Finally got some girlfriends booked for dinner. We were in the back dining room, facing the kitchen and chose the Chefs Menu. We added some oysters and everything was impeccable! Great flavour and choices by Ched ADI. Especially the ability to provide a gluten free menu/alternatives for one of our party members. Delicious! And will be back.
