I went on Saturday 27 January 2024 with a friend for lunch. I made a booking on 16 January 2024, when we got to the main entrance, I was told by wait staff that the reservation had only gotten to them that morning and it did not provide instructions whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. I showed the staff member my booking and showed her that I had selected to sit inside. I ordered the Full Plate and asked for the gluten free option. I received my meal and after eating a little bit of the bacon and egg realised the bread had gluten. I took it back and was told a new plate is being made and the apology was not really sincere. When I received the gluten free version it was soaking in oil. I had to pat the bacon, mushrooms and chorizo on a napkin before eating it. I Could not eat the bread as it was soggy from the oil on the plate. My stomach was already triggered from the gluten on the first plate and then my stomach was off from all the oil for the rest of the day. I did not enjoyed my meal and it ruined my catch up with my friend. I was really disappointed with my experience at this venue.

A lovely welcoming place with sweet and souvenir shop but the real treasure is the delightful cocoa lounge and cafe through the back. With a large open greenspace amd outdoor picnic tables yoy could let the kids run a bit. The service is fantastic and they were very happy to accommodate. The cafe has a nice fresh menu for brunch to afternoon tea. There are wraps, savouries and muffins as well as a short order kitchen made to order.. There are gluten free options but not much yet in the dairy free range and nothing in the sweet section that does both GF DF other than a sorbet or two with no cone. Given the great service, i would definitely be back to see if they improve the vegan DF/GF options. The giftshop has an extensive range of their products, including a sugar-free GF DF dark block so i went home happy...only until the chocolate ran out..so i will have to return again!

My partner and I stopped for a quick drink and bite to eat while running errands and sat in the Courtyard. We shared the corn fritters, popcorn chicken and fried calamari. All gluten-free and so yum! The Chapel Farm staff are always welcoming and today was no different.

Swan Valley Brewery is a fantastic, friendly, laid back boutique brewery that offers great food in a relaxed atmosphere. A must visit for both locals and visitors. Had a couple of bevvies and an antipasto share plate with family. I got both gluten free bread and turkish bread with the share platter. Shareplate was awesome as was the beer. Yay another super find in the Swan Valley. PS They do a great cup of coffee as well.
