The products are really good and of quality, that’s undeniable. We feel the artisanal work and the effort to offer gluten-free products that taste good, and that’s rare. On the other hand, the service experience leaves something to be desired. Hours are very limited (two days a week), and online orders are not processed instantly even if the products are displayed as in stock — they are not validated until the next business day, which can be a little frustrating.
In addition, if you show up without having ordered, you feel that it is disturbing. The welcome is often cold, and it is even more obvious when the manager is there. I completely understand that it's a demanding profession, but a quick "Hello" or "Thank you for your purchase" costs nothing and makes a big difference. Being a retailer is not only about selling a good product, it is also about welcoming people with a minimum of human warmth.
I will never rate it below average because the quality is there. But a little effort on the customer relations side wouldn't hurt.

Always been very satisfied with the food and drinks, there are even gluten-free and lactose-free options. But today we were immediately shown the door because everything was full. Then the system without a reservation is not useful. We came to Lier especially for Cabane and spent an hour on the road for nothing. Service was slow, we were with a large group and half of us had already ordered through qr. The waiter came to us and told us that we could only order 4 different dishes and had to change some orders because of this. On the site I was able to choose for bagguette instead of the regular bread but when the waiter listed our order, at first, they told me that it is not possible.. but this time he made an exception for me. They were also out of ingredients of items which were already ordered and had to change some things because of that. The food overall was very tasty though, our gluten intollerant friend got gluten free bread when asked.

I wanted to be enthusiastic, but was disappointed. Very nice initiative, and very friendly staff. I tried two gluten-free things, and unfortunately they were both quite dry and tasteless. Of course I don't know how the products with gluten taste. (P.S. The products with and without gluten were just next to each other, so definitely not safe for people with celiac disease)
