For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. Lasagna purchased for mid-August, exceptional! An excellent variety of highly recommended gluten-free products, also available for lactose-free. In general, both the savory and the sweet (which lasts well even a few days after purchase) are excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth considering!
