For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. If it could be transported to us too, it would make a splash. Keep up the good work Erika

Excellent gluten-free AIC certified pastry shop, bar and bakery with artisanal products of their own production. Reduced internal spaces but possibility of table service. Friendly staff and wide selection of products. Advised!!
