My daughter was in Heaven. She got the ham and cheese croissant, the traditional custard pastry, the chocolate croissant, and a small sugar croissant and it was all delicious!! I wished we would have known about this place on the first day of getting here. I’m glad we tried it out. The prices are great as well.

Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂 Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop. Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average. Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.

EN: I had lunch at Aqarina yesterday and, although the atmosphere was pleasant and the food (gluten-free pasta with truffle cream) tasted good, the experience ended up going very badly. I clearly informed the staff that I have celiac disease and was told that the gluten-free pasta was cooked separately. However, I spent the rest of the day with diarrhea and still feel unwell today, with symptoms typical of gluten contamination. This shows a clear lack of care when it comes to customers with dietary restrictions. Being celiac is not a choice — it’s a serious medical condition that requires strict handling of food. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves its procedures, so others don’t have to go through the same experience. Being celiac, this was a dream come true! Being able to taste not just the traditional Portuguese pastel de nata cookie, but also the brownie dubai chocolate, gluten free and in one sitting…belissimo…magnifico…and that is how they tasted! All their items are gluten free! I only have an after picture but hoping to hit them up in Porto before we leave to go back home later this week and I’ll try and taste other flavours and take more pictures. Highly recommend the cookies and the service, was friendly, caring, and authentic.
