I really wanted to try their products since I saw them on social media and they all looked very good. I bought several different palm trees, coconut and bud and I have to say that they were very good. The puff pastry is very successful and rich. I also bought sobaos and the truth is, I, who still remember how the gluten-free ones tasted, didn't like them very much, they were quite cakey and had too much lemon flavor, but the rest of the products were very good. When I return to Santander I will stop by to buy again.

It is a workshop, where you can buy products with and without gluten. I didn't know about it because I usually order gluten-free products from them online, but the service is great and so are the products.

Perfect for celiacs. Five of us were in December at La parra Bistro. We were looking for options for celiacs and both the waitress and the cook made sure everything was perfect at all times and knew what they were talking about. One hundred percent reliable. The food was fantastic for the celiac person and we were sad not to be able to finish it all since it was so good. We will definitely return for sure on our next visit to Laredo.

A little corner to have a coffee, but they also have juices (delicious smoothies) and they make pizzas (I haven't tried them yet but I've been told by acquaintances who have that they are delicious). They also usually have pastries for celiacs.

Wonderful customer service and a high quality product at a very good price. They have taken the trouble to explain to us the different types of products they have and what each one was made of. They also have delicious gluten-free things. As I said before, wonderful.

It is the second time we go in a group. Great food and lovely waitress. They were very considerate of a person who previously reported that she had celiac disease, thanks to which she was also able to eat wonderfully. They even prepared his own loaf of gluten-free bread and a special complimentary appetizer. We will be back.
