It's definitely my favorite place. The staff is very attentive. Besides being gluten-free, we also look for nut-free products since one of our daughters is allergic, and they've always explained which ones are fine and which aren't, packaging things separately. The bakery is gluten-free, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. For the most delicious treats, the puff pastry and egg yolk palmiers and the "pink panthers" are so delicious! You don't need to order online; they have a physical store. They're located in the same building as the bakery. Wonderful.

Yesterday I bought something from this bakery for the first time because I was looking for a place that made gluten-free bread. Honestly, my experience wasn't what I expected. The saleswoman didn't want to explain anything about gluten-free products. I bought buckwheat bread, and it was a shame it was salty and tasted like eggs. It's hard to find gluten-free bread that doesn't have so many ingredients. The only thing that was good were the chocolate chip muffins. In the end, you have to buy online; it's a shame there aren't any really good places here in Cantabria.

I bought some for my coworkers; three of them are celiac, and it was a huge success! Everything was delicious, and the price was incredible.
