I have celiac disease, and I don't think I can remember any other restaurant where I have felt so happy and comfortable. The menu is spectacular, the service magnificent and the place beautiful and full of history. They are experts in dietary restrictions and it is the first thing they ask as soon as you arrive; In addition, they treat the raw materials in an exquisite way and promote those from the area.
If you want to eat in a good place where they respect the product and their guests, it is the most ideal place. A complete success.
One of the best pizzerias in Santander without a doubt, many varieties of pizza, pasta, gluten-free and vegan options. The dough feels good and they are delicious. The deal is fantastic, I really encourage you to give it a chance.
It's definitely my favorite place. The staff is very attentive. Besides being gluten-free, we also look for nut-free products since one of our daughters is allergic, and they've always explained which ones are fine and which aren't, packaging things separately.
The bakery is gluten-free, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
For the most delicious treats, the puff pastry and egg yolk palmiers and the "pink panthers" are so delicious!
You don't need to order online; they have a physical store. They're located in the same building as the bakery. Wonderful.
Excellent service. Gluten-free food on the entire menu, suitable for celiacs. Zero cross-contamination. Dogs are welcome. Homemade food. We'll be back!
Some relatives brought me sobaos and palmeritas since I am celiac and the truth is that the flavor is very good but the sobaos are very very dry and the palmeritas are very hard. I understand that making things gluten-free is more difficult but I say this in case it can be improved since the sobao is dry and crumbly, a disappointment 😞
We go there from time to time because we love the place, and it's great for eating and snacking. The place is beautiful, and with a bowling alley and playground in the pine forests, the kids have a great time! We just celebrated my youngest daughter's communion (who is celiac), and from the very first moment, communication with Javi was very easy! Everything went smoothly, and he even helped us with everything from playing music to videos on their TVs. His team was also super attentive at all times, always with a smile. Highly recommended for celebrating any event or just for a meal or a drink. Everything was GREAT!

Walking through Santander and looking for a place to eat a gluten-free dessert, we found this place 100% recommended, the waffles are exquisite, both with gluten and without gluten, the guys at the place are super friendly.
I'm Chloe, I can't eat gluten, I loved this place, the gluten-free waffles are very well prepared and have a lot of toppings and syrups.
I really liked this place 😋 they are very delicious!!
I would grow up with gluten-free options!!! Both sweet and savory. Gluten-free smoothies and ice cream too!!! It was a real discovery, we loved it! The service was very friendly and kind. We'll definitely be back ♥️
Speechless, the gluten-free products are delicious, the sobaos, the cheese spreads... nothing like what I've tried from well-known commercial brands. I will definitely buy them again.
The place is pretty cool, the burgers are pretty good, but I don't understand why they spoil it by serving ketchup and mustard from Chinese supermarkets, the kind that taste horrible. Anyway. The prices are a bit high. The service was Saturday lunchtime, and there were very few staff, so the food took a while. As for the burgers, they're pretty good, and the fries are generous portions. They also have vegan and gluten-free options, which is great.
Highly recommended, the crepes are very good, a lot of variety, gluten-free options and most importantly, very well controlled, everything is made separately. The attention of 10 and the service, despite being parties and being full, has been very fast!! Thank you very much!
The food was good but we ordered gluten-free and despite it being delicious there must have been cross contamination and both of us with celiac disease got sick.
It is important that if there are gluten-free options there is no contamination because then it is like not having options for celiacs.
When you go to a place that has half the menu with gluten-free options, you trust it and think that it is going to be done well.
It's annoying because it's not easy to find places with gluten-free options.
I am celiac and I normally have problems eating outside my house. This restaurant is great, we ordered the nachos with chicken and guacamole, cochinita pibil tacos and the red enchiladas, all very delicious. Excellent value for money.
We were lucky enough to book a table for their New Year's Eve gala meal (2024). We were treated to a gourmet experience in a cosy restaurant with competent staff who clearly enjoy working there and like their colleagues. The food was excellent, as was the wine. The quantities were perfect. Having been informed about the need for gluten-free alternatives, the chef delighted us with options that were truly delicious and equally as exquisite. We couldn't recommend Los Toneles highly enough. It isn't the first time we have dined there, and it won't be the last.
Spectacular place to eat, excellent service and food. My daughter is celiac, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. They take great care of it. I highly recommend it. 💯
The truth is, we went with expectations that weren't met. We thought the price was a bit high for what they offered. The service was unfriendly, and the coffee was very average. I wouldn't go back, although I did like the gluten-free bread.
Many years in a row and we never got bored of the rich palate of the meals. We had to wait to eat. Because there was no room. But they didn't stop us from eating, even after hours. And as always, each dish is delicious. A special attention. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here because the cuisine is healthy and special. There was a celiac among us and we were treated very well. As always I reiterate. Until next time.
A place with a special charm, surfer and soccer fan atmosphere and a very cool decoration including the bathrooms. The workers are young people, very attentive, pleasant and most importantly friendly, I wanted to highlight in particular one of them who did not hesitate for a second to lend me his glasses so I could see the menu
(Imanol). The kitchen of 10, totally recommended, especially if you go with celiac children. And they also accept your pet ❤️

I was really surprised!! The daily menu was spectacular value for money, they cater to those with celiac disease, and the service was unbeatable. Plus, the place is super cool.
I definitely recommend it!
We'll be back!!
Right in the heart of Laredo, in the old town. Attentive and friendly, although a bit slow. Gluten-free options are excellent. You can nibble on different dishes. Recommended: Cantabrian cheese tasting, escalivada (a typical roasted vegetable stew), crispy chicken tenderloin, squid, and scallops. And the bottle of natural cider.
I recommend the restaurant, the staff was very attentive and willing throughout the night.
They have gluten free options. I am celiac and at all times they told me what I could eat and what I couldn't, and they even adapted some of the portions so that I could eat them. If you notify in advance, they may even have gluten-free bread available.
Regarding the food, we ordered the menu for two, which is very complete and, as the waiter commented, it is very good in relation to "quantity-quality-price." Of course, be careful with the shrimp that entertain :)
Recommendable!!!
TOP service and spectacular food... they were incredibly attentive to my celiac son, as when they served him the meatballs, they served him two scallops so he wouldn't feel sick... a great touch!!

We stayed one night at the hotel with half-board, including a thermal water circuit.
The setting is fantastic, we rested, and the total feeling of relaxation we felt was priceless.
If I want to highlight anything about the hotel, it's the excellent customer service. Friendly, polite, and pleasant service. At reception, in the restaurant, in the spa, and in the cafeteria in the building across the street (also in the same hotel). We felt incredible, truly.
I have celiac disease and am lactose intolerant. And in the restaurant, from the moment I walked in, they told me what I could and couldn't eat. They cooked some things for me on the side, and I had so many delicious options that were perfect for me. Dinner was a buffet (they served the hot dishes), and everything seemed delicious. At the breakfast buffet, they also took my allergies into account, and I had a wide variety to choose from. This is wonderful for me, because it's not always the case, even in the best hotels. I appreciate it.
The water temple is very nice. A wide variety of saunas and different jets. The pool area has natural light, making it very relaxing. There's an outdoor jacuzzi and a children's pool area with jets if you're traveling with children. I would have liked to have been informed about the specific properties of the spa waters, but otherwise, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We had the session at 10:00 a.m. and it wasn't too crowded, so it was great. I think it was a good time to go, because a couple told us that it was quite full the previous afternoon.
Regarding the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and everything is very well-maintained and clean. One drawback is that I think the decor is stately, but it's quite dated now. All the carpeting, dark furniture, and gold moldings give the hotel a slightly outdated feel. I also got that feeling in the piano bar area. Other spaces, such as the restaurant or the area near the downstairs rooms (where we were staying), seemed more appropriate.
For all these reasons, I rate my experience as very positive. We'll be back.

I’ve been there three times one of them I got sick due to cross contamination. They try their best but they should improve processes since gluten bread is next to cutlery.
