I have celiac disease, and I don't think I can remember any other restaurant where I have felt so happy and comfortable. The menu is spectacular, the service magnificent and the place beautiful and full of history. They are experts in dietary restrictions and it is the first thing they ask as soon as you arrive; In addition, they treat the raw materials in an exquisite way and promote those from the area. If you want to eat in a good place where they respect the product and their guests, it is the most ideal place. A complete success.

One of the best places I've been to, super nice staff, attentive, and fast. Virtually the entire menu is GLUTEN FREE and the food is delicious and at a good price.

Paradise for celiacs. The entire menu is gluten-free. Special mention of the rabas and the pistachio tiramisu. The waiter Rayan was the friendliest we have found, and we let ourselves be guided by his recommendations and thanks to him it was a 10

The food was very delicious, we had cachopos and the truth is that they were worth it. They also had gluten free and very tasty. It was obvious that there were a lot of people and sometimes we had to ask them for things several times. A little careless, you stay bald.

Perfect for celiacs. Five of us were in December at La parra Bistro. We were looking for options for celiacs and both the waitress and the cook made sure everything was perfect at all times and knew what they were talking about. One hundred percent reliable. The food was fantastic for the celiac person and we were sad not to be able to finish it all since it was so good. We will definitely return for sure on our next visit to Laredo.

I recommend the restaurant, the staff was very attentive and willing throughout the night. They have gluten free options. I am celiac and at all times they told me what I could eat and what I couldn't, and they even adapted some of the portions so that I could eat them. If you notify in advance, they may even have gluten-free bread available. Regarding the food, we ordered the menu for two, which is very complete and, as the waiter commented, it is very good in relation to "quantity-quality-price." Of course, be careful with the shrimp that entertain :) Recommendable!!!

The quality of the food and service are excellent, what more could you ask for. Additionally, they take the issue of allergies and intolerances seriously. My girl is celiac and when we asked about the issue of gluten they gave us very good advice. The Alamar octopus is spectacular and they always have fresh things off the menu (cockles, razor clams, fish,...)
