DELICIOUS GLUTEN FREE WAFFLES. First time I found waffles for celiacs and they were delicious, in addition to being huge. All ice creams are also gluten-free. The charming and very attentive worker.

I'm a celiac, I've never had a gluten-free ice cream cone that tasted like this. I am celiac from birth so I don't know how "normal" cones taste. I gave it to my partner (non-celiac) to try and he said it was practically the same, so it's great! On the other hand, ALL the flavors are gluten-free (even the tiramisu) so there is no cross contamination, there are also gluten-free waffles that I have been wanting to try.

It has always been our favorite ice cream parlor and where they most control cross contamination without a doubt. Only that tonight we went with 2 celiac children and there were no gluten-free cones left and only 4 ice creams (coconut, strawberry, chocolate with orange,...), come on, we left. How did we come, because they are children and their tastes are their tastes and leave Without ice cream, it's a shame too. I write a little because being holidays in Santander and in the middle of summer, they could prevent it by having more quantity..
