We called ahead to order gluten-free cachopo. They explained that this way they can prepare it more carefully and take more care to prevent cross-contamination. It was truly amazing. It's a great success and a pleasure to see businesses starting to adapt because more and more of us suffer from celiac disease, and wow, it's such a relief to be able to eat delicious gluten-free food.

Traveling with a celiac is tricky, but then you see places like this and it brightens your day. The food is spectacular, everything is delicious, and everything is carefully and lovingly put into it to avoid contaminating something that I don't even have at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The waitress is a real eye-catcher 😍

Excellent. We had a gluten-free cachopo, and it was perfect. I was a little skeptical at first, haha, because I have a pretty strong gluten intolerance. But it felt great. Always let them know when you're going, so they can be prepared. We did, and it didn't take long for them to bring us the cachopo.
