I have had celiac disease for 26 years and I don't think I have ever eaten so peacefully and so deliciously in my life. Absolutely everything is GREAT. Spectacular homemade food, from the heart. Unbeatable. We will return to Cantabria just to return there.
The best tails: very tender. The pizza and bread have a wood-fired oven flavor that I have never tasted in my life!! The cannelloni were to die for and the meatballs melted in your mouth... the truffle and cream cake is another spectacle.
Overall, the food was very tasty and tender!!
PS: As a midwife, I love the homage the name pays to the family's grandmother, who was the local midwife.
