I just happened to see the booth at the RenFest and HOLY MOLY -I ate 2 of those bacon cinnamon rolls while I was at the festival and I came back and bought one to take home. The snickerdoodles and chocolate cookies and apple crumble were fantastic too. Pretty sure I bought one of everything. It was nice to have a place I felt safe ordering from at the festival. Definitely stopping by every time I’m in town. You can’t even tell everything is gluten free, it’s just GOOD.

I LOVE The Sweet Heartist! I have food allergies of Gluten and Dairy and this is one of my favorite places in North Melbourne to stop and grab a quick treat. Her cookies are AMAZING and her new shop is adorable. Do not pass by this place without stopping. You will 100% regret it! This place is a complete disaster when it comes to allergies. The staff is very uneducated about the contents of their products. The products aren’t labeled correctly. Very dangerous if you have allergies. And when we brought up the fact that, the chocolate chip cookies, that my wife eat, are actually Oreo cookies (which have gluten), they didn’t care much. No offer for a refund etc.

We had Mother’s Day tea with a group of 6. We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate. They were so kind and fun and the food was great. They easily accommodated my 7 year old niece and my gluten free sister. The tea was actually amazing and it was so relaxing. Can’t wait to go back for lunch! If parking is hard, there’s a lot behind the Henegar center about 3 minute walk.
