Ok. I have to give Urban Prime the benefit of the doubt and say: my family and I visited near the holidays, so they were probably busier than usual, plus it's a new restaurant so they're probably going through some growing pains. There were many issues with our visit, worst of which was that we waited about an hour for our food, and when it came out, two out of five of us were unsatisfied with our meals (pork dish came out missing sauce that was supposed to come with, plus it and veggies were way overcooked. My chicken was overcooked and tough). The other three meals (duck confit, mushroom soup, short ribs) were great though, and service by Ziion was fabulous. My mom appreciated that there were plenty of gluten free options on the menu. We'll try them again when they're less busy, and have their feet under them.

Came here with my fiance a few weeks ago. Hostesses informed us only reservations were being taken for the rest of the restaurant but the bar was open so we took a high top. The bartender had too many tables and the bar so service was lax. Tjenfoid was delicious though. Pictured is the Fujiyama roll and it was AMAZING. It was so filling that I couldn't even eat the last two pieces. After dinner we stopped in the market and we got some dessert - a gluten free chocolate cake and a cheesecake. Both were great! The atmosphere was a bit loud by the bar die to the music and people, and definitely had more wealthy than average or middle class people but due to the area it's expected. That's not a bad thing, just is what it is. Menu prices were also not outrageous. We spent less there than we do at Longhorn down the road by the Avenues. Also not a bad thing, lol. Would like to sit at the actual tables when we come again. Hopefully it'll be a better experience.
