We love Mister 01's Pizza in Melbourne! Our first time we ordered takeout. We were looking for vegan, gluten- and sugar- free pizza. The pizza was outstanding. Since then, we've been back twice to dine outside in the cute patio area. Justin, our server both times, was fabulous...attentive, helpful, and super kind. We ordered the pizza with mushrooms, jalapenos & avocado, and the calzone with roasted veggies. Both were delicious, the calzone is just out of this world! It's nice to dine in for pizza sometimes, and enjoy a glass of wine on a date night. The patio isn't super fancy, but there's nice music and the servers make you feel special. This is our new go-to pizza place.

We were served by Michael who was very helpful. Food was fantastic. I had chowder and snapper with crab meat. Superb! I wish they had a more strict policy for gluten free dishes, which discourages me from coming back with my wife who is gluten sensitive

My husband and I just discovered this place. The ambiance is beautiful. Al fresco at its best! Food was delicious. Our server was warm, friendly, sharp, and attentive. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the french fries. My husband said said they were definitely frozen and overprocessed and tasted like plastic. He loves fries and he did not eat them. The fries do not match up with the freshness and wonderful quality of the rest of the food or the upscale ambiance. Hopefully, they are working on serving a much better product. I was also very appreciative that they can accommodate gluten free diets as I am gluten intolerant. Great place to eat, but we do not recommend the fries.

This restaurant was really very good. Food was great and the atmosphere was also very nice - a bit dark but it adds to the ambiance. Our server was friendly but not as forthcoming with helping us maneuver the menu as we had hoped considering we stated it was our first visit. We had to force descriptions from the server and while she wasn't awful, she didn't make it special, either. The restaurant was not busy as we dined in during a lull on a Sunday, late afternoon. We enjoy this time of the day for meals. As for the food, the Pork Minestrone was so delicious! I would come back just for a bowl of this soup!! The flavors were spot on and a new favorite! The Caprese was very fresh and tasty. If you enjoy fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, capers and balsamic, you will truly enjoy this starter. The Bruchetta was also incredibly tasty! There are two different Bruchetta choices on the menu. I do not remember the name of the one I chose, but it did not have capers. The flavors melded perfectly! My husband had the gluten-free pasta with meatballs and marinara. His true critique was that the gluten-free pasta overpowered the flavors of the meatballs and sauce and it really wasn't his favorite. He'd like to try regular pasta next time. We will definitely visit again.
