Squid Lips

We have been here a few times when visiting the area and have had some good experiences. Unfortunately, we ordered for pick up and we were really dissatisfied. For $15.99 per entree, we were really disappointed that they were so skimpy with the sides. We spent over $100 for our 5 meals and every single one had smaller than usual portions. The worst part is that someone in our party had a gluten allergy and the containers were not marked with which was the gluten free bun. So it took us a long time to figure out which was theirs. This was a huge disappointment after being excited to visit the restaurant during our stay here.

Really nice place. The food was outstanding. They have a gluten friendly menu available upon request and the grilled shrimp is a dish so good you won't feel like you're just settling for it. My party also had seafood lasagna and stuffed shrimp and said both were very good.

Terrible food, good service, loud music. Worst raw oysters I've had in Melbourne; tiny, rocky, and bland. "Baked" parmesian oysters were sopping wet and still raw. Crab-and-lobster sandwich was bland and sauceless. Chicken tenders had literally no seasoning, just fried,breaded chicken without an ounce of spice or flavor. Gluten free sandwich option was an ice-cold bun in a plastic bag and they make the customer assemble their sandwich themselves. The waitress was great and we had no issues with the staff.
