So I never want to talk poorly about a 100% celiac bakery, but I’m not a fan. I got the chocolate pie (big chocolate fan) and it was too chocolatey even for me. I also tried the cranberry lemon cheesecake and it was alright but the crust was very wet.
I enjoyed the meringue I bought. The expiration date is more than 3 months from now. (It’s December 23 and the expiration date is March 18th) When I go to a bakery, I would want something fresher baked. Just seems a little odd for me.

An fantastic time was had by all at this classic ice cream shop serving an unlimited array of delicious flavors. Despite not being labeled as such, they followed the gluten-free ice cream instructions with no problems. Sunday's Monster Ice Cream Cone was finally vanquished by me.
I really appreciate an establishment that understands celiac disease (gluten allergy). I’ve tried their GF chocolate coconut (?) cookies and they are great. They also have an almond one. And today I was able to try a GF cupcake. The gentleman helping me was so understanding and just great.
Bettina's Bakery is great. Their Honduran Baleadas are delicous. i recommend add avacado. They can even make it gluten free. Everything is freshly made, but still very quick and friendly service. Interesting Coffee ans Tea choices. You can go for breakfast, lunch, or to just bring baked goods home for the family.
