They offer lots of gluten free options. I was disappointed this visit. I requested corn tortillas instead of bread with my skillet since I am gluten free and prefer tortillas, and I noticed I was charged for the tortillas, although it should have been substituted for the bread…. And the corn tortillas were terrible. They were dry and cold. The rest of the food was good but not mind blowing. There are better restaurants to go to for brunch.
Mod Market Eatery in Littleton, Colorado, is like the cool kid of the culinary block – healthy yet outrageously tasty. They've cracked the code to make veggies taste better than a cheat day burger! With locally sourced, fresh ingredients, they whip up salads that even greens-haters secretly adore.
The menu's flexibility is a dietary superhero. Vegans, gluten-avoiders, and meat-lovers can all sit at the same table without eye rolls.
The service? Friendlier than your grandma's hugs, and faster than you can say "I'm hungry."
Plus, they're green (in an eco way). They're like the Elon Musk of eateries, with compostable packaging and sustainability galore.
Mod Market is where flavor meets fitness, and it's so good that you'll forget you're eating healthy. High-fives all around for this tasty twist on guilt-free dining!
The only complaint is the price is a little high, but you do get good quality.
We love ordering all our cakes from Manna! Their gluten free options are delicious. The decorating is always so beautiful. Every year we get our Easter carrot cake from Manna. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
This is one of the few places I can get gluten free food. It’s usually delicious, but today, I ordered a chipotle chicken cheesesteak and there were no onions/peppers or sauce on it. The gluten-free bread is especially dry so it definitely needs sauce- the more the better. I paid for extra meat as well (since the bread can be a bit overwhelming) and it seemed to have the regular amount of meat. It’s honestly so hard to eat out with a gluten allergy, but then you pay quite a bit extra for your allergy and don’t even get what you ordered. $16 wasted.
Had a wonderful attentive server even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was very good. And more options than I realized for vegetarian and gluten-free.

The Cheesecake Factory: A Feast of Flavor and Variety
The Cheesecake Factory is more than just a restaurant—it’s a full-blown dining experience. Known for its extensive menu, generous portions, and, of course, its world-famous cheesecake, this American restaurant chain has earned a reputation as a reliable go-to for a wide variety of dining occasions. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, grabbing dinner with friends, or just indulging in a slice of rich dessert, The Cheesecake Factory offers something for nearly everyone.
Menu Variety and Food Quality
Perhaps the most striking thing about The Cheesecake Factory is its massive menu. At over 20 pages long, it reads more like a culinary novel than a typical restaurant menu. From Asian-inspired dishes like orange chicken and Thai lettuce wraps to Italian classics like fettuccine alfredo and lasagna, American comfort food, fresh seafood, gourmet burgers, and even a dedicated “SkinnyLicious” section for lighter fare—the choices are nearly endless.
This variety is both a blessing and a curse. On the positive side, it means that diners with different tastes or dietary needs can all find something satisfying. Vegetarian? Gluten-free? Watching calories? You’ll still have options. On the flip side, the vast selection can make it difficult to decide what to order, and sometimes, not every dish hits the mark. Still, the majority of the food is consistently flavorful
I eat out often and am very picky about getting a quality product. Sarah Priola, the manager at the Littleton Yampa Sandwich Company knows how to run a business. The quality of the sandwiches, whether cold or hot, are 12 Stars!! It’s by far the BEST sandwich in town.
The sandwiches are always consistent and the service is extraordinary. The manners and attention to getting a customer’s order correct is a primary focus of Sarah and her team. Do yourself a favor and skip the chain sandwiches, and order the best.
Sarah and her team even cater to my son and my wife’s celiac allergy and offer gluten free options so they can enjoy a safe and exceptional meal as well.
I hope you’ll take the time to treat yourself to a Yampa Sandwich near South Kipling and West Chatfield Avenue. Thank you Sarah and team for becoming our lovely local sandwich shop that we brag about to all of our family and neighbors. You are A++++++ in our opinion.
