Service was exceptional. I can’t remember our waitress’s name but she had worked there for a long time and helped us with my gluten allergy. Such good options

We chose Cooper’s Hawk Arlington Heights to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. It was our first time at this location, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. They seated us in a cozy booth and surprised us with complimentary bubbles to toast our special day right from the start! Our server, Sean P., truly elevated our experience. His knowledge, honesty, and spot-on recommendations made our evening unforgettable. Every dish and drink we enjoyed was simply delightful. I opted for the surf & turf with drunken shrimp and churrasco grilled steak, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and filet mignon, which were equally impressive. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate cake with hazelnut ganache that was unbelievably delicious—and Sean even informed us it was gluten-free, a pleasant surprise given its rich taste and texture. To complement the cake, he brought us a sample of dessert wine, which paired perfectly. Needless to say, we can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!

There are so many gluten/dairy-free options, and it feels very safe. The chef has Celiac and they have a dedicated fryer and separate kitchen space
