I have been going here for years. I have celiac and have to be gluten free. It has been my go to. I was extremely disappointed to learn when i was there on 6/17/25 that there is a new chef. As a result, there is no longer a separate fryer for the French fries and the servers were not as knowledgeable about gluten free options. I did not feel as safe ordering or as comfortable as i have in the past with eating out there. Truly upset to loose this place as a reliable option for good, safe food and one place where someone with celiac could actually have French fries out at a restaurant.

We had such a good time last week at the Kelly Hunt show. Our server was great, she was very helpful in making a gluten free substitution on the charcuterie board. I really enjoyed my praline old fashioned. I'm not sure what gluten free bread they used, but it was delicious and it's hard to find good GF bread. However, I am not happy that I have to leave this review. When we got to the show the seats we bought online were a little to close to the stage for my comfort. I asked if we could switch seats, and the door guy told us we could pick out pretty much any other seat since the show was not sold out. However he did not tell us that we would be charged for another pair of tickets and a $11 "convenience fee". That came to an extra $60 ish dollars for just moving two seats to the right. Let me repeat, Hey Nonny charged us over $60 to switch seats. If that is their policy, then we should of been informed of that when I asked to move over and I wouldn't have done so. My husband went over to the venue today to talk to the manager about the second set of tickets on our bill and he was told that it's "their policy" and there is nothing they would do about it. Despite wanting to go back to the restaurant for the really good gluten free food, which by the way is not easy to find at a non chain restaurant in this area I won't come back since we were ridiculously charged at the venue. I feel very ripped off.

There are so many gluten/dairy-free options, and it feels very safe. The chef has Celiac and they have a dedicated fryer and separate kitchen space
