They have many things gluten free from what I have heard their fried pickles are the best but I haven’t tried them yet I will next time I go
They do not have gluten free onion rings which made me sad if they did I would give them 5 star review honestly

We make a point to visit Shana Cake every time we are in Topeka. My wife is allergic to gluten and, as a result, we have tried various gluten free bakeries and restaurants all over the world.
