I tried jersey mikes for the first time today. Not only was the food so good. The staff was also amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the way they handled their gluten free products is great. They change gloves and have a separate work station. I was in store and watched and they did the best they could to prevent cross contamination between the gluten free part of my order and the rest of my order which wad regularl bread for the rest of my family. Seriously so great will return!

Options. Build your own burgers to order with dry erase menus. Pretty neat. Lot of other food options. The cocktails were perfect. Tasty. I was impressed and thats rare. Loud place. If you're gf or Celiacs, not many options. But still- you can order burgers without a bun and youre used to that right? Plus they have more than one gf appetizer, which is not common. Hard to judge them based on one visit. I will def try them again for burger and fries. Pricier than most burger joints (but still less than five guys). They messed up my burger (ordered medium, it was ultra rare, gross really) but that's honestly my fault for not sending it back. Decided to Try the bleeding red burger anyway, for a change. Interesting but not for me. Have to try them again to know for sure how good the burgers might be. The fries and sauces were great, I very much enjoyed them. Service was normal and friendly. Tad bit over-dramatic for my taste, but helpful.

Normally this place is my wife and I's Go To Spot for pizza. She's gluten free and their gluten free crust is the best one in the area in her opinion. And normally I rave about it, but as is so often the case with reviews, people don't typically spend the energy to write a review when nothing goes wrong. I got home with our pizzas and after 2 bites something was off that I just couldn't put my finger on, but the only way I can describe it was it just Tasted Bad. My wife said hers tasted different and not to her preference, and upon calling the store to inquire(maybe some ingredients were near expiration?) and the person on the phone said that their cheese had more cheddar mixed in. Apparently, the way it works is they get their cheese shipped in from the mothership(so to speak) and just make the pizzas however they come, basically. So now they have to use up the cheese they received before they can, I guess get the old blend? I don't know whether they received this on accident or if they were trying out a cheaper option or what, but the fact remains I wasn't offered a remake(its the same cheese that I, evidently, didn't care for) and wasn't offered a refund. Instead they told me to call again in a few days after they ran out to try again. So now I sit here with a bad pizza, no dinner, and no recourse. Normally this place is great, but jesus this was a rough experience compared to their usual.
