One of my favorite restaurants in Buffalo. They can pretty much make anything gluten-free. Although everything is great, the lobster mac & cheese is not always consistent. Lately the cheese & cream has been Overkill. It used to have a perfect ratio of pasta, cheese and lobster.. The last time I dined there I got two tiny pieces of lobster.. they should have a certain amount that they put into each dish automatically I guess. The french fries are perfectly crispy and delicious along with the mussels, stuffed mushrooms and just about everything else I tried. More importantly, the atmosphere is a long time favorite and so nostalgic as I grew up in the city and have known this place my whole life. The tall bartender with the buzz cut and black glasses makes some of the best cocktails in WNY and not to mention is one of the nicest bartenders, always friendly and accommodating. I always make it a point to sit on that side of the bar lol

Easily some of the best sandwiches in the city. Super fresh ingredients and you can tell it’s made with care. It's locally owned and the people who work here are genuinely so nice. I highly recommend the Rocco. They also have great gluten-free options for those with allergies, which isn't always easy to find in Buffalo, especially for subs and sandwiches.

Good pizza. Gluten free pizza was best I have had in WNY. Wings were ok. Crazy busy took about 5-10 minutes to get order. Two medium pizzas & 5 wings over $ 50. Little expensive IMO.

The Lunch Box catered my sons college graduation party this month and we would highly recommend. The food was incredible and beyond what we expected. We had ordered various sandwich platters which came with incredible sides. Many compliments from our guests on all of the dishes. The portions were perfect and everything was delectable. The fresh fruit was especially wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the gluten free options were. Ben was very easy to work with and so accommodating. We felt the price was very reasonable. We we definitely be ordering from The Lunch Box again!

I really enjoy the nachos and onion rings whenever I visit. The soups are also delicious. We usually opt for drinks and small plates. The only downside for me is the limited selection of hard ciders. They currently only have one option, and since I can't have gluten, it's a bit disappointing. The cider they offer is quite sweet, but I personally prefer a drier taste. Nonetheless, it's still a nice option for a quick drink.

This is a fantastic place. Ive been here a few times. The food is always on point. I've had both burgers and chicken and both are amazing. They offer Gluten free bread which is why I ended up here in the first place. My friend is Celiac so it was nice to see that option. Unfortunately the fries are done in the same fryer as the chicken so keep that in mind if you are Celiac as well. They have a veggie burger as well! The mixed drinks are really good too! I look forward to going back.

Very much a locals spot. For gluten-free diners, please know there are multiple safe options, including gf wings. However, the gf pizza crust is cauliflower, so if you cannot tolerate this, like me, please order accordingly. The menu does not specify.

The subs here are sooo good with in house fresh baked sub rolls and don't forget the warm in house baked warn cookies! If you're gluten free...not a problem get your sub in salad form! All staff which mostly looks like young men are efficient and pleasant to work with.

The food was ok, but it probably would have been better if I had been allowed the chance to order it the way I wanted. I’m lucky they even listened enough to hear me ask for a gluten free roll (which I had to double check was actually gluten free because I truly didn’t trust them). Aside from employee #1 taking our orders pushing us along as fast as possible to get back to her conversation, employee #2 at the register gave us our total before we had to stop him and ask for our drinks and chips to be added for the combos. He didn’t give us a choice on what size drink, and just rang us out for the regular, which we honestly didn’t feel like fighting anymore. He left the register the second the card went through, leaving another employee (#3) to get us our cups. He at least asked if we wanted a bag, but instead of getting us one, he wrapped up the next person’s order and then walked away. When we were finally given our food (mind you, I was not given the option to add any toppings, mine was simply wrapped and dropped by the counter), we had to ask about the bag again. Employee #4 gave us one, after very condescendingly saying β€œyour subs not gonna fit in this bag”. I was pretty annoyed at this point, and just said β€œwe wanted it for our chips, cookies, and the jar of chili relish we got, actually”. Employee #4 then turned to employee #3 who was actually sitting on the counter where the food was being prepped (not leaning, literally sitting on top of it) who promptly said β€œwhat a b*tch” as if I wasn’t standing three feet away. I might go to another Jersey Mike’s, but never this one, and I’d recommend the same to anyone else. (I would like to add, there was an elderly gentleman working there filling up the chip racks that was kind to everyone in the store and though he was not involved in our interaction, he definitely was not part of whatever is clearly going wrong in that store.)

Panera Bread, which many people know and love, has an interesting history. It started back in 1987 as the St. Louis Bread Company. The company was purchased by Au Bon Pain Co. in 1993 and was rebranded as Panera Bread in 1997. With its headquarters in Sunset Hills, Missouri, Panera Bread has grown into a beloved chain throughout the United States and Canada. One of the reasons for its popularity is the emphasis on fresh, clean ingredientsβ€”no artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors, or colors from artificial sources. Their menu is quite diverse, offering everything from fresh-baked goods, like bagels and pastries, to cafΓ© items, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, and specialty beverages. They also cater to various dietary needs with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I appreciate Panera's cozy, community-oriented atmosphere, which makes it a perfect spot for meetings or casual gatherings. They’ve embraced technology with their Panera 2.0 initiative, which introduced online ordering, rapid pick-up, and delivery services. This has made it incredibly convenient to enjoy their offerings. They even have a line of packaged products available in grocery stores under the "Panera at Home" brand. Panera Bread is also committed to social responsibility through programs like Day-End Dough-Nation, where they donate leftover bakery items to local charities. They’ve focused on sustainability by using responsibly sourced ingredients and reducing their environmental footprint. Owned by JAB Holding Company since 2017, Panera continues to innovate and expand, keeping up with customer needs and preferences.
