⚠️ BEWARE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE ⚠️
If you have celiac disease or a serious gluten allergy, please be extremely cautious eating here.
This was my first visit, and unfortunately, my medical needs were completely disregarded. I clearly stated that I needed a gluten-free kolache, but I was still served one made with wheat. When I returned to let them know, the woman who took my order showed no sympathy, offered no apology, and made no effort to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation.
This kind of negligence could lead to serious health consequences, and it’s unacceptable for staff to be so careless and dismissive when it comes to dietary restrictions that involve medical conditions.
Despite the horrible service, I will say the cupcakes were actually very good. But unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough to make up for the risk they put my health in.
Love this place. My go-to for a gluten free cheese sandwich. I'm terrible at making them, so when I get a craving, I come here.
The staff is wonderful and their options are quite perfect in their simplicity!
I recently was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and must have only gluten free foods. I went to the Subway with my husband to get him a sandwich. I had planned on just making something for myself at home. The staff were very kind and let me know that not only did they have gluten free bread, they were willing to use unopened ingredients/toppings from the back to ensure there was no cross-contamination. They washed their hands and changed gloves before handling my food. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing the staff are! They were so understanding and knowledgeable about gluten free needs. Thank you so much!
Had gluten free bread for sandwiches and the kids enjoyed theirs. I had a spud which was dry and had no butter which is a major no-no in the south. Butter makes it better! LOTS of tables were dirty when we came in and they tried to keep up but it didn't work.
