WARNING! Chicken is not gluten free anymore!
There allergen sheet is incorrect. It claims gluten free, but all chicken is soaked in beer (gluten).
Sad times.
I have to stop coming here permanently.
Absolutely amazing! These are the best gluten free burgers I've ever had and they didn't make me sick. The atmosphere is super chill and the art is phenomenal. Will definitely be back :)
I absolutely love this place! I wish I lived closer so I could come here as a regular. The gluten free coffee cake is to die for! I am gluten free and my friends are not. Several of us got the coffee cake and everyone loved it. You could not tell that it was gluten free. I am beyond impressed with their variety of quality gluten free options. Coffee was also great. Great vibes and gorgeous decor.
Super cute cafe, all vegan with plenty of gluten-free options! Staff is friendly and atmosphere is fun! Also has art and jewelry from local artists for purchase. Definitely recommend!
The staff and management were able to help with the situation quickly. I am satisfied with the sped and their receptive attitude. I love this place. The food is superior and one of my son's and mines staple for good beef and allergen gluten free buns.
My fiancée and I dined in at this location and I have to say, that was a 10/10 experience. My fiancée is celiac and the staff were very good about washing their hands and reassuring her they’d prepare her sandwich on a different line to avoid cross contamination. She was also very complimentary of the gluten free bread, something that has constantly been an issue at other places. My sandwich was divine, the bacon was crispy, the lettuce was fresh and crunchy, it was a perfectly prepared mixture of textures and flavors. No notes. Only the highest of praise for this location. Next time I’m in St. George I will plan on stopping here because it has easily been the best Jersey Mike’s location that I have been to.
So glad they finally opened on our side of town. This is the best place to grab a sub. They have so many options. You can get cold or hot (think cheese steak). You can get regular, wheat, rosemary parmesan, or gluten free (udis) bread. Several ways to finish it up as well or order it Mike's way (my fav). Eat in, they have a few tables. Take it with you, even better.
If you are Celiac or severe reaction to gluten DO NOT go here!
I do understand it’s a sandwich shop but when I asked about cross contamination as I have celiac disease (not my choice) the lady was very rude to me as she stated they are a sandwich shop and there are no guarantees. They did remake my sandwich but as the other worker did she rolled her eyes and was clearly bothered that she had to do that.
If you work in a restaurant maybe educate yourself on what celiac disease is as it’s not something someone just asks to get or has a choice.
We want to be treated with good customer service as well.
Being that you’re in customer service then maybe being a little nicer with more compassion would go further.
Customer service was awful!
Good food, fast service and they got our order correct which is always a huge plus. It was a very busy place in the drive through at lunch time though, so don’t go when you’re hangry.
They can make most sandwiches as an “un-wich” which I was skeptical about but holy cow! They know how to make an un-wich. This gluten free gal approves.
We ordered 6 sandwiches and they didn’t even flinch with hesitation. The sandwiches were amazing and fresh. All 6 of us ate our entire sandwiches and were impressed with the flavor and quality of the food. The workers were very knowledgeable. We had someone gluten free and they were great with that as well.
