If you are Celiac or severe reaction to gluten DO NOT go here! I do understand it’s a sandwich shop but when I asked about cross contamination as I have celiac disease (not my choice) the lady was very rude to me as she stated they are a sandwich shop and there are no guarantees. They did remake my sandwich but as the other worker did she rolled her eyes and was clearly bothered that she had to do that. If you work in a restaurant maybe educate yourself on what celiac disease is as it’s not something someone just asks to get or has a choice. We want to be treated with good customer service as well. Being that you’re in customer service then maybe being a little nicer with more compassion would go further. Customer service was awful!
