I visited Roots several times on different days/times during my stay and only experienced above and beyond service, amazing food, and the nicest staff. I love that a place like this exists here. The concept of their collaboration with farms and start ups is great, and this truly reflects in the freshness and variety of their food. They also take care in the presentation of their dishes. The menu is extensive and there are many options. Delicious food whether you’re vegan or not, and they even have a ton of options for those who desire gluten free options. I can’t say enough good things about Roots, and I will certainly be missing it when I leave here!

Both of my children have Coeliac disease so to find this little gem was amazing! We had pancakes, brownie cheesecake, cinnamon roll and carrot cake. Oh my goodness it did not disappoint. I ended up buying lots to takeaway too, to take back to the hotel. Cannot recommend enough 👌🏻
