Gluten free Gourmet/Silvi Coffee Roasters

Hands down some of the best gluten free bread and cakes I’ve ever had. Have been celiac for several years and i haven’t had bread this good for a long time. The banh mi is out of this world.

I’m suffering with an autoimmune disease. And eating gluten-free is an essential to heal myself. This place is an absolute gem for the people like me. Thank god Gluten Free place in Thao Dien exists cause I can finally enjoy my favorite sweets without risk to my health.

delicious gluten everything, i haven’t tried the pizzas though. the bread-loaves can get a bit dry if you keep it for a few days but the muffins are amazing. moist, not too sweet, plain satisfying. coffee is good. matcha as well. this place makes my celiac husband incredibly happy. the sit in space is cozy but a bit small.
