Great meals at a reasonable price, we had excellent service and everyone in our party loved their meal. Would definitely go back! They were very accommodating for food allergies like salt and gluten
Meal Prep For You has been nothing but a great experience for me as a Celiac, and a high performance athlete. Having the confidence, knowing that all the meals are gluten free is game changing for someone like myself where even cross contamination can end in me becoming debilitated. The convenience to be able to heat up a meal in one minute before/after training has allowed me to shift my focus from cooking and meal prepping in my past, to now allowing for even more training & recovery time. They help me feel my best and keep things interesting with a new menu each week. I used Meal Prep For You leading up to my full Okanagan Lake swim in 2023, and to this day, I still use their services and products to help prepare my body for all the ultra endurance endeavours I undertake!

Had a great breakfast this morning! The Chicago Eggs Benedict was delicious, and I appreciated the wide variety of options available for my friend who is gluten-sensitive. Excellent experience overall!
Food was good and came out quick. Our server was lovely and even realized that I request a gluten free English muffin and asked if it was a preference or an allergy, which is really appreciated. The restaurant was clean.
Have always ordered from here as it always had good gluten free bread! I ordered from here become subway has the worst gluten free bread in kelowna now it seem Quiznos has cut costs and is now using the same GF bread as subway! IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE DONT ORDER FROM HERE. The bread is thick dry and no flavour!
