Meal Prep For You has been nothing but a great experience for me as a Celiac, and a high performance athlete. Having the confidence, knowing that all the meals are gluten free is game changing for someone like myself where even cross contamination can end in me becoming debilitated. The convenience to be able to heat up a meal in one minute before/after training has allowed me to shift my focus from cooking and meal prepping in my past, to now allowing for even more training & recovery time. They help me feel my best and keep things interesting with a new menu each week.
