It's cute not much in there for like a bakery but it's nice enough if your ordering bread ahead and such. Had some gluten free options wasn't bad.

We were here on 25th August 2022. I am from Edmonton Alberta. We got lucky to find a Subway in Gananoque. We crunched our hunger at this location with definitely in a proper guidance. It has been almost over 2 years we have never visited to a subway in any where. When we entered the store we were greeted properly. Girl "Mahi" was the one who helped us to understand new menu Items and new recipes of subs. My kids are Gluten Allgergic and Mahi took care of that in really professional manner as she changed the gloves and cleaned the counter. All 4 subs were garnished and really well balanced. I would love to see such an excellent customer service along with such undetstanding of the products and professionalism. I would like to thank you very much to Mahi and other staff members were there to help us. Kind regards from Harry Khatri and Surjit Khatri

The reason we went to this place is because my wife is a Celiac and called ahead to confirm that they could cook a meal that is totally gluten free. They did not disappoint. My wife had salmon, potatoes and vegetables and very much enjoyed her meal. Others with us had Ruben Sandwich, wings, Berger and fries and chicken fettuccine. Everyone at our table very much enjoyed our meals. Our server was good as well.
Many thanks to the cooks for a job well done with a special thanks for the gluten free meal.

I was here on July 26th for lunch spending the weekend in Gananoque. It was not a pleasant experience. Service was painstakingly slow (we arrived at 3 and left at 5:45) and this was not because we wanted to be there, we were hostages who didn't get our food for an entire hour and some. The food came out and was not great. My gluten free bun looked and tasted old and was flaking at the touch as if freezer burnt( probably not used often and sitting there past expiry)..The pickles and tomato on our burgers were thinner than lace and completely dried out which I assume was from sitting under a heat lamp because when the plates came out they were scorching hot and the server warned us they were very hot. My pickles also had a weird mysterious blue fibre on them (dish towel fibres?!). The lettuce which was enough to make a full salad was rotting and slimy on the edges and we were just stumped that they would even put it on the burger when you could clearly see it was wilted and dead. The burger itself was like a hockey puck, and although I wanted to return the food and complain, we decided to just abandon the meal half eaten, pay and go. That night both my boyfriend and myself were ill after eating and I am almost 100 percent sure it was the mucky food from Muskie. If you want to have a good meal and good service I suggest going to Riva which is about 10 mins away or the Old English Pub which is also a short walk away. They both have better food and service. I am sorry if this review comes off as harsh but it is written in full honesty.
This lively spot features a vibrant kitchen atmosphere with staff singing along, creating a unique and enjoyable setting. While it offers classic fast-food charm, it currently lacks gluten-free bread options, which is important for those seeking gluten-free dining.
