Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

Good. Good gluten-free beer. Friendly staff. However, little attention was paid to the pizza dishes with and without gluten. Definitely suitable for celiacs but be careful of involuntary contamination.

I was here with a friend for dinner and I have to say that everything was perfect. The restaurant is very nice, the guys in the dining room very good, kind and helpful. The food is super!! Perfect also for celiacs and for those who don't eat meat. I really recommend coming here!
Nice place located in the center of Fai della Paganella. Helpful and friendly staff. Good pizza even in the gluten free version. In short, I recommend it for those passing through those parts.. 😋
We arrived on a weekday and we were the only ones, we ate on the very nice terrace, very limited menu but excellent quality, with gluten-free options (bread and pasta) I will gladly return in high season
I would like to point out that I ate outside.
Terrible service i.e. forgotten orders and oxidized cutlery. Pizza at exaggerated prices for a gluten-free pizza 15 euros + 2.5 for pasta clearly of frozen origin.
I called to book specifying that I have celiac disease, but I wasn't told that they didn't have pizza dough and I had to eat a "pinsa" (very different from pizza).
We didn't stay, but we stopped for lunch for a pizza. I asked if it was possible to have a gluten-free pizza and they didn't have any problems. But when it arrived I realized that it was undercooked, almost lukewarm, which made me realize that it was a frozen pizza!! The proof was that I found holes on the back of the pizza... typical of frozen pizzas. Charging €9.50 for a frozen pizza to pass it off as a normal pizza annoyed me a lot, especially since I didn't even digest it well... at least they could have warned me that I would have chosen another dish... Furthermore, they should have someone at the cash desk who has taken a customer reception course!
We were looking for a gluten-free restaurant serving traditional food and were very pleased. It was noticeably homemade, and they even brought us two gluten-free breads, even though there weren't many gluten-free options. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very nice. We would recommend it.
One of the best restaurants that we regularly frequent in Trentino. Elegant and warm environment, excellent dishes and fantastic boiled meat trolley. Many dishes and pizzas also gluten-free.
An impromptu aperitif on December 31st, done really well. Attentive with a beautiful smile, maximum attention for celiac disease. They brought a separate gluten-free tray.

Excellent location .... we stopped for lunch after reaching the summit of Costalta ... the food is good and the staff is friendly but above all it is certified gluten-free so I ate a plate of their ricotta gnocchi which are truly delicious they even brought me a hot sandwich! Super!
I can't say enough positive words about this restaurant! I chose it for my birthday lunch inspired by the dishes I saw online and I was super satisfied with the choice. Exquisite dishes, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Also highly recommended for those who are gluten intolerant: our celiac friend felt pampered by the attention dedicated to us and the delicious dishes offered to her too.

We stayed with 12 friends in this very comfortable and convenient residence due to its central location. Special mention goes to the restaurant inside where you eat very well and spend the right amount. The Chef, his wife and Alessandro were always available and friendly. Above all they pay attention to gluten-free. Where my wife and son were able to choose from many gluten free dishes including excellent gluten free pizza. Well done to the 12 from Rome.

I phone specifying that I have celiac disease. "No problem they answer me!" Practically on the entire menu only polenta (without venison or fried potatoes....) or pasta with Bolognese sauce.

Best restaurant in Canazei. High quality food, good service and reasonable prices. We had cheese and ham starters, pasta, beef, fish. All very good. Also with a lot of gluten-free alternatives.
Two of us had dinner last night and everything was to our liking, with fresh and good products. Both waiters were very professional and polite, the room where we had dinner was very beautiful. Excellent and not limited choice of gluten-free options. Compliments!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maso Finisterre with a group of friends, and I can say without a doubt that it was a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant, rustic but extremely welcoming, conveys a warm feeling of conviviality.
All the staff are kind, helpful and, no small feat, also very nice. They made our evening even more special with their smiling welcome and their ability to make us feel at home.
I ate the potato tortel, a delicious gluten-free dish that fully met my expectations and those of my friends.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Maso Finisterre to anyone looking for a place to spend a quiet evening, enjoying exquisite dishes in a rustic and welcoming atmosphere.

I've been to this restaurant a lot of times and it's always a guarantee. It is a place with typical Trentino cuisine. Both the service and the dishes are exceptional. You can find traditional dishes that have been cooked using local and excellent quality raw materials. Some dishes on the menu are gluten-free and there is the possibility of eating without the risk of contamination, given the attention of the staff.
