A very nice place people who cant eat gluten. The waiters knows about celiacy and knew what you can eat and what you can’t. But one very important thing is, that the pizza is not celiac friendly because they bake it in the same oven. The waiter directly told me, that it is not safe for me so I got pasta.

Very nice location and the waiters speak many different languages.
The food was good, I got a gluten free pizza, the dough was nothing special but they put a lot of delicious toppings on the pizza, you wont go hungry.
First i got the wrong pizza, which they quickly noticed and after that my pizza came 5 Minutes later then the other pizzas, but not that big of a deal.
All in all a good experience, but a little bit pricy.

Good evening, today June 18, 2025 I tried to call the pizzeria da Marosi to book a table for 2 people. From 7:15 pm to 10:00 pm no one answered me, knowing that they have gluten-free pizzas we would have been happy to try it.
At this point I think I will not call again to book a table because not answering the phone being a public place it is rude to treat potential customers like this. There is no professionalism.

Happened here today by chance for a coffee in the morning, I read about gluten-free pizza and it doesn't seem true here in Trentino. I decide to read the reviews and one from a week ago catches my eye that advises against the place. Well, I decide to make a reservation for dinner with my holiday companions anyway. I book for 7pm because they tell me the kitchen closes early (8.30pm). We are on holiday and we can eat whenever we want, so we sit down at 7pm and we all order the gluten-free pizza including me. Furthermore, the very kind guy gives me a gluten free beer to refresh which he brings along with the pizza, mine arrives shortly after but it doesn't matter I'm always on holiday. In the end I also find an ice cream for myself, in short I'm happy to contradict the previous review because everyone was really nice and everything was good.
I also recommend it to celiacs and I invite holidaymakers to have a little spirit of adaptation before leaving home.

Unfortunately they don't have an adequate service and were very rude towards me. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CELIAC PEOPLE. In 2019, the owner took 9 euro vouchers from me and my colleagues for 1 year when the cost of the meal was still 8 euros. The lady at the cash register, the alleged owner, is not suited to this job...
As in fact at our table, after a mistake made by one of her waiters for a gluten-free pizza prepared in the same and only oven as the other pizzas (THEREFORE VERY DANGEROUS TO EAT FOR THE GIRL WHO ORDERED IT) the lady looked for a thousand excuses to not make it seem OBVIOUS the mistake made by her waiter (WHO IN THE MEANTIME WAS APOLOGIZING FOR THE MISTAKE) and after a heated discussion she thought it would be a good idea to offend by calling the poor girl an IDIOT and also inviting her to GET UP AND GO TO FUCK!!
I would like to point out that the lady was at the cash register all evening and by chance when we got up to go and pay she disappeared into thin air, not even the waiters knew where she was... maybe she had the so-called "DIRTY ASS"... so as not to even apologize....
