The lady at the cash register, the alleged owner, is not suited to this job... As in fact at our table, after a mistake made by one of her waiters for a gluten-free pizza prepared in the same and only oven as the other pizzas (THEREFORE VERY DANGEROUS TO EAT FOR THE GIRL WHO ORDERED IT) the lady looked for a thousand excuses to not make it seem OBVIOUS the mistake made by her waiter (WHO IN THE MEANTIME WAS APOLOGIZING FOR THE MISTAKE) and after a heated discussion she thought it would be a good idea to offend by calling the poor girl an IDIOT and also inviting her to GET UP AND GO TO FUCK!! I would like to point out that the lady was at the cash register all evening and by chance when we got up to go and pay she disappeared into thin air, not even the waiters knew where she was... maybe she had the so-called "DIRTY ASS"... so as not to even apologize.... ....CRAZY STUFF.... LADY CHANGE YOUR JOB THAT'S BETTER!

Embarrassing A friend with celiac disease asks the waiter if the pizzas were cooked in two separate ovens, the waiter with a contemptuous response reassures her by saying that in a restaurant with a starred chef it is the least that the ovens are separate.. Luckily she realizes that on the contrary the pizza is cooked in the same oven and is passed to her passing through the kitchen... they tell us because it had to be reheated... Obviously having a strong celiac disease she refuses to eat it and decides not to order anything else The waiter realizes the mistake and apologizes while the owner gives us a truly disgusting scene, not happy she also sends us to hell without thinking that for a statement of one of her employees she could send a girl to the hospital. We decide to pretend nothing happened and stay so as not to ruin our evening completely, politely at the end of the meal we get up to go pay the bill and thank the owner for sending us to hell. She, surely busy, disappears in an instant as soon as we get up and doesn't even deign to apologize or clarify Synonymous with great maturity and professionalism! Congratulations

rudeness, ignorance and arrogance reign supreme in this restaurant. I am celiac. when booking, my boyfriend was told that the gluten-free pizza was cooked in the same oven as the pizzas with gluten. as soon as I sat down at the table, to be safe (as I always do), I kindly asked a waiter if the gluten-free pizza was cooked in a different oven from the others (due to gluten contamination) and the waiter reassured me, telling me that the gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a separate oven and, adding, among other things, that their chef has a Michelin star, textual words "imagine if the chef cooks the gluten-free pizza in the same oven as the others, it wouldn't make sense". later, as I was sitting near the pizza oven, I had the opportunity to see that my pizza was being prepared by the same pizza chef as the pizzas with gluten and that it was then cooked in the same oven. once cooked, the pizza was brought 3 seconds to the kitchen and from there it was served to me, passing it off as a pizza cooked in the kitchen. at that point, i pointed out to the one who appeared to be the owner and who served me that i couldn't eat that pizza, since it hadn't been prepared and cooked separately from the gluten contamination. initially the lady tried in vain to find excuses, very embarrassing. then, i and the other people at the table told her what the waiter had told us, who, in the meantime, approached the table, apologizing for the misunderstanding. on the contrary, the owner started to yell and, walking away, called me an idiot and told me to go to hell, yelling throughout the room that i could also get up and leave.
