I'm celiac, so I ordered a crepe and got gluten poisoning. I've been sick for two days. I barely finished eating when my headache and nausea started. I don't recommend it for celiacs. Perhaps it's only an option for those with gluten allergies. We sat outside, and no one came out to serve us. We had to stop to order and pay. I won't be back.

This place is an absolute must! I am ceoliac and these Are the best pancakes I have had since I can remember. The burata sandwich was also amazing😍 My friend (not gluten free) also loved, loved, loved, the food. I will definitely come back and recomend this place! The staff Are also very nice and effective. I ordered a cream coca de San Juan at La Luciérnaga and it was a sure hit. It was delicious, with quality ingredients, and you could tell the care went into making it. Knowing it was vegan and gluten-free made me enjoy it even more, especially since I had to work that night: having the coca to share made the day more bearable and special. We ate well. Delicious dishes made with natural ingredients. The place was very comfortable and spacious, with a wide selection of gluten-free dishes and some dairy-free dishes (my family has allergies and intolerances). The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The price was reasonable, close to 20 euros per person. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, delicious food, fantastic service. It's a simple, family-friendly, and pleasant restaurant. And on top of that, it's 100% gluten-free, giving you the peace of mind that comes with going with someone with celiac disease, who can choose whatever they want. Spectacular cachopo for two. Our first visit only included two family members, but we loved it so much that we brought back our family of five for a different lunch later in the week. This shop took such delight in serving our family of five. They know where each ingredient that they use comes from, and the result is fresh and delicious! We didn’t try any of the sweets, but we sampled five different bagel sandwiches, and everyone loved what they ordered. Two of us are gluten free (one celiac and one intolerant), and they knew just how to make us feel cared for and safe eating there. They prepared our sandwiches in a separate kitchen, changed gloves, etc. And, the gluten free bagels choices were delicious! Francesco was our server when it was just two of us, and he was so personable. We can’t thank him enough for his recommendations and friendly service!

Sense Gluten in Tarragona is a fantastic choice. I love this cafe for its wide variety of gluten-free products, which is a relief. The coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere invites you to enjoy it. It's a pleasant and spacious place, with comfortable tables and a perfect bar for a quick coffee. I really liked the staff's friendliness; it makes the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the place is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. They also have an impressive selection of household items—I always find something original to take home! For added convenience, I've seen they're working on a website that, it seems, will soon be ready for online orders. It's a place that perfectly combines good food with good taste for the home.

The place is simple, pretty, and very clean. The products we tried were quite good. The prices were a bit high compared to other places with similar products. The wait time was long; there was only one other table besides ours (two people), and it took a long time both to serve and to collect our bill. Everything was very slow. Otherwise, everything was fine. It was a pleasure to see and try new places that adapt to gluten- and lactose-free products for people with lactose intolerance.

It is the best Italian restaurant in Tossa de Mar and the surrounding area. Food: 10/10 They have a menu with a lot of variety and dishes for all tastes. If you are people with food intolerances, it is by far the best restaurant we have found. We stopped at Abbiocco for breakfast with my pregnant wife and we had an amazing time. The waitress was lovely and very attentive. The food was excellent, it was clearly one of the best breakfast we had. It was well balanced, tasty and you can feel the product are good quality and well sourced. Sopa Barcelona is a place for its healthy cuisine, its breakfasts and the atmosphere which is very comfortable, it can be very spacious for groups. Vegetarian and vegan dishes. Craft and local drinks. Natural filtered water. I recommend the gluten-free desserts and sandwiches on the breakfast menu. Service is another matter. They are almost always very busy and busy, regardless of who attends to you... The smile is not his greatest virtue. I wish they would improve this very important aspect of customer service.
