I decided to come back after a terrible experience and I'll be honest my server was great the food was alright nothing to write home about But they had a balloon animal guy there and that was really neat so shout out to Ali. While the food is good, the service needs serious working. 9 out of 10 times they screw up our order, giving us wron g items and multiple times completelyforgetting to make the order. Multiple instances we have called to order ahead and when they go to check for a particular item (Gluten Free bagels) they hang up. Call back, they hang up again. Really bizarre behavior that we have experienced numerous times. Maybe they forget someone is on the other end of the phone, but for it to happen more than once is just weird, on numerous occasions makes us thing they don't want to sell their GF bagels. Just not worth the hassle any more.
